JD: Veeva Techno Functional Lead

·         Experience working in IT projects for Healthcare, Life sciences or Biopharma industry .

·         Expertise in system administration, configurations, maintenance or Support of Salesforce CRM, VEEVA CRM projects

·         Widespread experience as business analyst involving in understanding,  analysis, documentation, project planning and coordination, understanding technical limitations/blockages

·         Domain Admin and Configuration specialization on different Veeva OOB modules. Well-versed in all aspects of the Veeva platform and applications, including the application functions, system and business administration settings

·         Experience working in Veeva CRM Configurations -  preferably worked in areas like Veeva Event and KAM

·         Possesses strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with Customers and good communication and presentation skills, handling team in Onsite-Offshore mod

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and resolving issues and conflicts
