Experienced in analysis and resolution of issues related to Quality Inspection (Inspection lot completion, Inspection Plan errors, Defect recording, Dynamic Modification Rule), QM in procurement, Quality Notifications (Notification types, follow up actions for notifications) and the issues related to Customized reports
Handling of the issues related to interfaces between Legacy system and SAP system
Strong experience in the following activities:
Creation and Maintenance of QM master data like Master Inspection Characteristics, Codes, Code Groups, Defect Codes, Selected Set, Classes, Class Characteristics and Batch Characteristics
Creation and Maintenance of Quality Inspection Plans (for both HALB and FERT material types), and Routings for In-Process inspection
Creation of Material master QM view for Inspection set-up, and different Inspection types
Creation of Certificate Profile and certificate types for generation of Outgoing Test Certificates
Working with the ABAP team for developing new and maintaining existing Test Certificate generation programs
