Should have Development Experience  of 8+ years in Tibco Business Events (BE), Tibco Business Works (BW), Tibco Enterprise Messaging System (EMS) and Java technologies

4+ year of experience in Java spring boot and Restful Web services. Kibana, GEMS, Splunk now monitoring tools are an added advantage.

Should have Strong experience in Tibco Business Events, Tibco Business Works, Tibco Enterprise Messaging System, Java/J2EE.

Should have worked on data setup, Integration testing, End to End testing in Tibco related applications.

Should have experience in developing SQLs. Knowledge in Oracle, DB2.

Should have recent hands on Development and Testing experience in above mentioned technologies

Experience in Shell scripting and Unix commands will be an added advantage.

Should have Retail domain experience to understand the business requirement.

Skilled in coordinating with teams across application teams

Ability to groom junior level programmers

Roles & Responsibilities:            

Should have handled Testing issues and experience in communication process on issues to business and tech stakeholders and crisis issue management experience

Meeting with Client business analyst to understand requirements

Provides management with timely communication on status & Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives.

Tracks and communicates planned and in-flight business capability efforts, contributes and influences approach, scoping exercises and resource estimation

Collaboratively and effectively diagnoses, troubleshoots and remediates issues to support the project teams

Maintains appropriate communication within the team and across various teams (i.e. internal and external).

Ability to work with Business and relate to IT requirements where necessary

Diagnose and solve technical problems during operation support.

Strong analytical ability

Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
