·         Leading project planning sessions

·         Coordinating external and internal resources

·         Managing project progress and adapt work as required

·         Ensuring projects meet deadlines

·         Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

·         Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

·         Identifying and managing risk, issues, dependencies and assumptions

·         Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

·         Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

·         Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

·         Managing large and diverse teams

Required Skills:

7+ years of project management experience 

SAFE Experience 1+ years required 

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or management discipline 

Project Management Certification , PMP, PMP-ACP Preferred 

SAFE Certifications preferred 

CSM, CSPO or other agile certifications preferred 

Good Communication, Negotiation , Facilitation and Presentation Skills 

10+ years of SDLC experience 

Insurance Knowledge is a plus 

Experience handling multi-million-dollar programs/complex projects 

Experience handling resources in matrixed organizations 

Experience working with PMO
