? Develop detailed IT work plans with SCRUM framework, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

? Working knowledge on Server Infrastructure preferable

? Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.

? Have good knowledge of ServiceNow Desired Skills

? Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desired

? Must be able to facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings

? Deploy the SCRUM framework within our existing Process Controls SCRUM Team

? To participate in the program level planning and related events to represent the team

? Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects keeping focus on deliverables and outcomes

? Must have wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

? Frequently contributes to the implementation of new standards and methods.

? Considered an expert in the field. Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity and where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

? Work is accomplished without considerable direction and/or coordinates activities of other personnel. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment, and determines the methods and procedures needed for new assignments

? Works directly with Architects and Business Analysts to manage the technical aspects of the IT project

? Leverages formal change management processes to manage changes to scope, cost, schedule and to ensure alignment in expectations

? Provide coaching of core roles as part of the Scrum practices, facilitating, create and maintain artifacts, and assist the business user/stakeholder.

? Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

? Expertise in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflow development

? Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.

? Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).

? Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements

? Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow

Good to Have:

? Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools, and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget)

? Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or IT infrastructure) collectively integr
