• Design, develop and implement critical applications in a .Net environment
• Ability to perform all tasks application development life cycle
• Ability to develop fluently using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, TSQL, JSON
• Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements
• Strong experience working in Agile environment and understanding of SCRUM process
• Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies
• Strong experience implementing REST services
• Ability to lead teams ranging from 5-8 senior, mid-level, and junior developers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role interacts heavily with customers and the lead will be required to make presentations
• Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
