-            Performing Oracle ERP integration/ development in Oracle ERP Cloud

-            Lawson is their current ERP that does everything for them (financials, HR,etc.). They have 90 applications in house that will need to be migrated fromLawson and integrated with the Oracle ERP Platform (within the Oracle ERPCloud)

MUST HAVE skillsets?

-            1 must have Oracle ERP Financials development/ integration within the OracleERP Cloud

-            1 must have Oracle HCM development/ integration within Oracle ERP cloud.

-            Both must have experience configuring applications within Oracle ERP anddeveloping reports.

-            Both must have experience with Oracle OTBI development/ integration

-            Both must also have done Oracle ERP development within the Healthcare industry(if we are struggling on the healthcare piece we may be able to eliminate thatrequirement but def want to start there first).

NICE TO HAVE’s?

-            Experience doing the above in the Healthcare industry.

-            Oracle EPM development

-            Oracle certifications.
