Solid experience in .NET application development using C#
Strong ASP.NET Core application development experience
Proficient in PowerShell scripting language
In-depth understanding of CI/CD, and testing pyramid (unit, functional, integration, acceptance testing)
Salt Stack experience or similar experience (Ansible for example)
Flexibility to operate in an environment with changing demands and priorities
Ability to effectively engage subject matter experts and understand technical topics
Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including onshore and offshore teams is a plus
Ability to write automated tests for UI and backend services is a plus
Familiarity with logging/application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.) is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and Agile working environment and tools such as Git, JIRA and other related Atlassian stack (Confluence, Hipchat) Is a plus
Experience with Windows Server and IIS webserver administration is a plus
Experience and knowledge of NoSQL database systems – MongoDB is a plus
