• Understanding scope and suggesting solutions as per current RMS design – duly noted that BSA will need to understand RMS design concepts fairly quickly. A quick learner is desirable.
• Have worked in an agile environment – Scrum, Kanban etc. Familiarity with SAFe agile is a plus.
• Good understanding of Jira including hierarchy
• Documenting scope in JIRA in the form of user stories
• Familiarity with Confluence is a plus
• Walk-through of  the user stories with Dev and QA teams
• Getting user story gaps clarified with business
• Hands on Experience with Payment
• Prioritization of user stories for execution and prioritization / categorization of any identified bugs
• Engagement with Business teams related to queries
