Clearly and regularly communicate with client management and technology teams, and maintain a seamless synchronization with Impetus teams
Demonstrate solutions and approaches for application design and implementation by performing research, leading team initiatives, and conducting appropriate POC’s
Employ industry best practices to deliver quality solutionsEngage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
Involve in business development meetings to target specific client or project opportunities.

Experience in all phases of SDLC, System Design and Architecture
Experience in Java / J2EE technology stack (Spring Boot and Microservices)
Experience with Oracle (experience with NoSQL databases would be a plus)
Experience with Flutter and/or Frontend Development would be a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
