- Accountable for overall project delivery.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, stakeholder management and risk/issue management.
- Ability to Create test plan, test summary report.
- Evaluate opportunities for automation, ensure automation is implemented, look for additional engineering opportunities to improve productivity.
- Communicate Status and Updates with Quality Services Management team.
- Review project requirements and provide guidance to the team.
- Ownership of work intake, SLAs and status reporting.
- Guide Supplier resources in alignment to AZL goals,
Supplier Personnel development and coaching.
- Acting as a first point of contact for escalations related for Supplier Personnel.
