         10 or more years of experience within the role type, Participate in requirements gathering efforts.

·         Assess system requirements and specifications and translate them into functional architecture. Define, design, document, and socialize application architecture (current and future). This may include developing the migration strategy from as-is to to-be states.

·         Additional responsibilities may include technology evaluation, conduct technical research, and recommend solutions. Provide input to management to resolve technical issues.

·         Work effectively with developers and other project staff to successfully implement applications.

·         Assist Project Manager with developing realistic project work-plans.

·         Comply with project standards and methodologies, coordinates with project managers, database administrators and developers to complete the overall goal of the project.

·         Strong commitment to developing quality software.

·         Good communication and team collaboration skills. Good multi-tasking skills
