Minimum IT related Bachelor degree preferred and/or 5-7 years SAP experience in FICO
Strong experience and knowledge in respective area of business processes: General Ledger (New) / Receivables / Payables (VIM would be an asset) / Fixed Assets / Tax management / Electronic Bank Statement/ Cost Center accounting/ Profit Center Accounting/ Product Costing / Profitability Analysis
SAP configuration expert
Must be able to prepare functional and technical specifications and monitor developments
SAP Integration with other modules PP, SD, MM (Basic undertanding of ABAP would be an asset)
SAP system knowledge of ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA a plus
Change management agent
Strong Business Acumen and Customer Focus
Analytical with good problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks under limited supervision
Organization skills and time management skills required to balance and prioritize work
A wide and broad knowledge of SAP functionalities, best in class standards and SAP strategic roadmap is expected
High degree of knowledge of accounting business processes required in industrial environments
Quick learner and willing to handle non-SAP applications integration as a facilitator agent
Excellent communicator at all levels both internally and externally
The individual must possess strong analytical abilities to co-ordinate and manage complex issues
Client cultural “fit” i.e. operating in an informal, consensus-driven and often ambiguous environment
Flexible attitude for travel to support different Client locations globally (25-35%)
