Prior experience as a PowerBuilder Software Developer (Senior)
3-5 years of experience with Power Builder 2017 R2 and in analyzing, troubleshooting, coding, testing and implementing related application
1-3 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2014 and in utilizing, troubleshooting and resolving in the context of PowerBuilder application maintenance and development
Experience delivering support services related to
Incident Management
Problem Management
Service Request Management
Change Request Management for Minor enhancements/Development in scope for APPRAISE and FUSION systems
Release Management
Quarterly Maintenance and ongoing health check
Application monitoring and administration
IT Security and Audit control and compliance
Experience in providing support services for Production & Non-Production Environments
A desire to solve issues reported by business users
