·       Flexible in working in different applications with Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, React or Angular, AWS

·       Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end

·       Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

·       Participate code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines

·       Experience in XML/DTD/XSLT

·       Write effective APIs

·       Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers and UI/UX design

·       Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues

·       Good knowledge in insurance domain
