Associate is expected to play the Business Analyst role for the custom built Supply Chain application.

Associate should work with the Product owner and business POC for backlog grooming and user story refinement

And he is expected to coordinate with the Development team during implementation

Associate should have good experience in BA skills and should have prior experience in Agile backlog grooming, user story estimation & prioritization, requirement gathering, planning and implementing a change, IT & business coordination.

Associate should also have good written and verbal communication skills and should possess enough knowledge in Supply chain process.

•            9 or more years of relevant work experience.

•            Very strong experience working in Java/J2EE environments.

•            Experience in Oracle/SQL, Spring Modules, Spring Boot.

•            Experience in AngularJS.

•            Strong in design and development using Core Java, JavaScript,.

•            Experience in writing SQL Stored Procedures and queries (Oracle).

•            Experience with Source Control tools like GIT, TFS.

•            Experience in software development, code reviews, unit testing.

•            Experience in RESTFUL API Services.

•            Well versed with TDD (Test Driven Development), using Junit.

•            Experience in Micro-services.

•            Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.

•            Ability to lead design discussion with key stake holders with business and product owners.

•            Ability to grasp key technology areas with short/steep learning curve.

•            Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•            Ability to guide the team in building Unit Tests using best practices.

•            Acts independently to communicate with various stakeholders, product owners, testers, other developers onshore and offshore to implement new development and trouble shoot and fix tickets.

•            Need to update tasks in Jira and confluence and work with AGILE methodology to deliver new tasks.

•            Must be available during work hours (no work from home) and be very responsive, in cases the need may arise to work outside business hours.

•            Normally receives general instructions on non-routine work assignments. Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business.
