A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology field. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus a minimum three (3) years of experience managing IT technical projects in local government.
Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure and Network Systems Administrators.
Documenting technical requirements, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now.
Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications.
Previous experience in large-scale system implementations, especially cloud-based technologies
At a minimum have fundamental knowledge of: Networks and Radio/Microwave components, Active Directory, Windows, and Cloud Technologies.
Duties:
Develop requirements document, project plans, and schedules.
Coordinate with internal County departments on communication to County staff.
Foster change acceptance and adoption among frontline employees with new technologies.
Develop communications and training documents tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external
Monitor and communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
