  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud
  • Translate business needs into Epics and User Stories; document Epics and User stories.
  • Develop User Acceptance plans and testing scripts.
  • Perform user acceptance testing.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in daily scrums
  • Must be able to wear multiple hats
  • Ability to talk to technical and business users
  • Experience with JIRA
