JOB DETAIL


You will work as part of Client central ecommerce team to design and measure testing campaigns across digital marketing platforms, enabled by data and technology
You will apply your analytical skills to develop and deliver specific marketing strategies and programs that accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels. This will entail making daily optimization recommendations and at times may also include campaign ops within the ad-tech / MarTech platforms
You will play a significant role in daily team problem solving and translating diagnostics into actionable insights
You will also contribute to build channel attribution modeling and build tools to enable non-technical colleagues to make data-driven decisions
You will work with Wolverine central ecommerce colleagues, as well as marketing colleagues from each brand
 
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or master's degree or have 5 -7 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree. Media agency experience is preferred
Strong analytical skills on complex data and strong problem solving skills to draw conclusions and make business recommendations.
Comfortable to lead or participate in brainstorming exercises with a diverse technical and non-technical team
Ability to extract & manipulate big data from various relational databases using SQL/R/Python and visualize data using Tableau/Data Studio/PowerBI
Experience in ecommerce and various digital marketing channel such as website, CRM, paid search, paid social and programmatic
Advanced skills on Google Marketing platform such as Google Analytics, Optimize, Search Ads and Campaign Manager
Professional experience to design and measure A/B testing campaign
Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms (e.g. regression, classification, clustering).
Ability to develop and foster collaborative, working relationships across various business units, corporate leaders, and other colleagues across the business.
