- Provide leadership to the Offshore leads, Consultants, and Developers as per Customer requirements
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer facing role
- Experienced to perform L2/L3 ticket resolution, problem record, work on service requests, and minor enhancements.
 -Good understanding of P2P processes; ability to lead a small team to execute sub projects and minor enhancements
- Hands on configuration and testing experience on SAP MM / WM
- Experience in Process, sub-process / process flow design
-  Desirable to have technical skills to understand the technical nuances which are required to develop a new action
