As a 3rd Shift RPA Application Support, the main responsibilities of the role include:

·         responding to system alerts

·         Troubleshooting

·         performing basic break/fix for the robotic process automations running for our health care provider customers

Qualifications include:

·         Previous experience in a technical support and programming role

·         Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python

·         Knowledge of data-interchange technologies (JSON/XML/Soap)

·         Understanding of large-scale, web-hosted software & system architecture

·         Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality

·         Able to communicate technical issues with technical & non-technical stakeholders

·         Able to organize multiple tasks and prioritize them to meet specific deadlines, work under own initiative, and respond to peaks in demand.

·         Experience working with healthcare applications

·         Experience supporting robotic process automation (RPA) applications

·         RPA Certification is a plus
