JOB DETAIL

·         Responsible for driving all the activities of Performance Testing Life Cycle for a project

·         Responsible for analyzing the NFR requirements and carrying out due diligence for onboarding application for performance testing

·         Responsible to interact with multiple stakeholders and identify the scope, NFR's, define SLA's, test types and workload modeling for application under test 

·         Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

·         Hands on experience with Performance center, LoadRunner and JMETER performance test tool 

·         Hands-on skill working with Azure DevOps and PT tool integration (Installation, creation of Jobs etc.,) 

·         Good knowledge with Transaction Mapping, Crash Detection and Diagnosis, Component Deep Dive Monitoring, Problem resolution, Metrics and Policy configurations using diagnostic and APM tools 

·         Adapting the Agile and CI Performance Testing Framework and Strategy  

·         Enhancing the existing Performance testing suite Work with multiple teams that include Environment, release, and Dev teams  

·         Develop and execute performance test plans for target systems, sub-systems, and components to identify software problems and their causes 

·         Discover thresholds and data impact 

·         Participate in the constant improvement of Performance Test Automation practices 

·         Test execution review and test results analysis 

·         Articulate the performance baseline reports to stakeholders  

·         Understanding visibility needs of customer and implementing policies, rules, metrics and RCA using APM tools 

·         Experience in Root cause analysis of performance / business issue within the architecture
