8 -10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in IB environment & technology)
• Strong preference to candidates with software development background (C#, Java, Python, etc.)
• 5+ years of solid hands on experience in UFT, SQL, and any scripting language such as python, Perl, java script, shell scripts, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in QA processes and methodology; understanding requirements, test planning, test designing, and test execution
• Excellent experience in functional, regression, smoke, and Integration testing.
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence or similar tools
• Experience working with ALM tool
• Fast learner, with good attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to manage independently with little supervision in a fast paced demanding environment.
• Ability to manage both manual and automation testing
• Strong communication and coordination skills required to plan & deliver test solutions by interacting with global QA, BA, PM, Dev, and other downstream application teams as applicable
