NOTES: must be Six Sigma certified. PMP certification preferred. MUST have strong healthcare industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview/Assess the Processes of business operations and underlying systems and identify areas of continues improvement while integrating in overall Six Sigma effort.

• Align to respective business units to analyze the processes, identify opportunities, especially single source of failure, while proposing a solution

• Develop/Identify applicable KPIs to be implemented for operationalizing the solution

• Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Actively identify potential risks, issues, and points of failure relating to the delivery of projects

• Build remediation plan

• Work with team members to coach & execute the remediation and resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.

• Coach the transformation of the BUs in operational efficiencies.

• Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.

• Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.

Key Position Requirements:

• Track record of delivering business improvement projects at Black Belt Level.

• Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at a senior level.

• Possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification

• Applied Kaizen process in overall continuous improvement

• Demonstrated Ability to lead a cross functional team

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies

• Experience with highly compliant environments (PHI, HIPAA)
