� Deep knowledge on ALM Tools and working as a Manager forTesting tools Support like HP ALM/Quality Center, HP UFT, HP PerformanceCenter, HP LoadRunner, JIRA

� ITIL Certified with strong understanding of ProblemManagement, Request Management, Incident Management and Change Management

� Managing, improving, transforming and driving HP Toolsuite rollout, usage, implementation of best practices and enhancements.

� Implement Continuous Testing Pipelines using GIT , Jenkinsin Octane.

� Exploring Devops by learning Docker and Kubernetes.

� Integration between HP ALM and JIRA.

� Single point of contact and responsible for providingTesting Tools suite admin support to the entire organization

� Expertise in administration, installation, upgrades ofALM/Quality Center, Performance Center/LoadRunner UFT/QTP, HP Synchronizer

� Manage tool licensing related issues such as numbers,validity, installation etc. and monitor the ELA (Enterprise License Agreement)

� Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) andSoftware Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Testing Methodologies and softwaredevelopment models like Agile & V-model.

� Exposure to Tosca is a huge plus
