JOB DETAIL

  • Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with Compensation Implementation experience
  • Must have worked on at least 2-3 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects.
  • Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development and testing
  • Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
  • Good to have experience with MS Projects, PowerPoint and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally?
  • 80% Functional and 20% Technical
  • Also willing to work sometime with team or customers in EMEA and APAC region.
