Must have Selenium with Python, UFT, Mainframe Application Testing, AWS hands on
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capable to develop automation solution to compare data between source(database, files) and target(database, file)
- Having experience in Test Data preparation for validating application behavior between on premise and cloud using selenium automation
- Good Hands-on experience on Python and AWS, ready to start deliverables
- Having good experience in preparing Test Plan with regression preparation
- Associate should have strong Collaborative skills and Transparent Team player
- Establish the Project level Test Strategy – covering the various dependencies, Data approach, Automation planning, Test Execution planning & other related activities
- Collaborate with the Business Teams – to understand the business capability and functions to build robust Test Scenarios for Functional and regression testing
- Work in sync with the Development/Scrum Team members to obtain the technical details of the application under change and perform suitable technical testing validations
- Participate in Code Reviews & recommend additional Unit/Functional test coverage as required
- Defect Triaging and analysis of the issue and closure of defects posttest fixes

Lead the team and establish the goals and collaborate with other Team members
Drive the QE Strategy and Approach across the team members and Own the deliverables

- Monitor and drive the automation first approach for test execution across functional and regression testing in Scrums
- Support system teams (BAT, E2E Integration Teams & PVS) for any functional clarifications
- Management Reporting on the progress of the project and identify/project risks along with the mitigation approach for each of the identified risks.
- Provide Scrum level demo to the Product Owner and get the acceptance on time and coordinate with other QE members for ownership of the deliverables.
