Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering  Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience developing software applications
Experience with Java 8/Java 11, XML,  JSON, JavaScript &  etc.  
Experience with SQL/Oracle
Experience in implementing REST API standards via data access layer
Strong development / networking skills using IP based protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP  etc.) 
Exposure to any middleware is a plus.
