The ideal candidate will have a proven record of testing and delivering solutions for multiple customers. Experience working with Agile/SCRUM project methodologies is critical as release cycles will correspond to fast-paced sprints. This resource will have the ability and experience to mentor less experienced consultants and be a leader for the team. This position requires a knowledge of and/or relevant experience as a manual and automation QA engineer.

Setting up Automation framework

Azure DevOps is the main tool they use

Will be working on Web Services

Write test cases/test strategies

Execute on the above

Provide these results through the life cycle of the sprint, bugs, etc

 

QA and Tech Skills:

-Performed all aspects of software quality assurance development of test plans, test cases using Azure DevOps (or other)—manual and automated

-Performed the execution of manual and automated test cases, bug tracking and status reporting for testing of .NET applications

-Performed integration testing for web-based software applications in .Net environments

-Performed the Configuration of .NET test environments and other configurations as needed

-Extensive experience with backend, front-end and services testing (manual and automated)

-Mindset must include how to do automation testing- what should be automated and how

-Developed the framework for automation

-Developed automated test cases in C#, Python or similar

-Experience (5+ year’s) using cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure

Experience in development of automation frameworks with the following skills:

-C#/ .NET (5+ years)

-Web Services (3+ years)

-Python (3 years)

Experience with the following:

-Selenium automation tooling or similar type framework building tooling

-Extensive experience in recommendation of QA processes and procedures

 -Good working knowledge on DevOps processes (CI/CD)
