- Extensive experience in retail / e-comm domain
- Have extensive knowledge in various other commerce platforms and should be an SME in various commerce tools and platforms
- Deep knowledge in Magento commerce cloud and should have delivered at least 2 years' experience in delivering e-commerce projects on Magento commerce cloud
- Have experience working in multi-vendor engagements
Magento Senior Business Analyst:
- Drive discussions with product owners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
- Actively engage with product/eShop owners to translate solution needs into actionable user stories
- Facilitate and support product backlog management
- Partner with product/eShop owners to define & refine acceptance criteria
- Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
- Prepare detailed and robust process specifications, support in estimating costs of upgrades and improvements to deliver benefits realization and success criteria.
- Conduct backlog, grooming session and make any changes to the baseline requirements
- Provide functional solutions relevant to the program objectives
- Gap analysis of product / functions in the e-Com domain
- Interfacing with business teams across the domain and assessing impact of gaps in products / functionalities
