• As a Technical Lead you will -
  • Lead design and development of software solutions that address business needs meting engineering standards and security.
  • Lead migration of on-prem applications to Cloud (GCP) environment.
  • Provide leadership to the development team while improving coding standards and adoption of patterns and principles used by the team.
  • Serve as a strong hands-on developer as well as a mentor and a leader.
  • work as a catalyst on high priority initiatives, developing new products, supporting technology operations while maintaining exemplary standards.
  • lead a team of other developers, SRE’s in the team
  • review others work product, provide recommendation to others
  • help in designing the solution meeting industry standards
  • responsible for prototyping, developing, and troubleshooting software in the user interface or service layers
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews
  • Mentor, Lead and Guide the team on technical skills
  • Work closely with the offshore team and other onsite team and support groups
• Be Responsible for prototyping, developing, and troubleshooting software in the user interface or service layers
• Perform peer reviews on source code to ensure reuse, scalability and the use of best practices
• Design, develop and deploy the application code
• Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on software user experience, design, architecture, and development
• Perform demonstrations for client stakeholders on project features and sub features, which utilizes the latest Front end and Backend development technologies
• Be flexible and available to support and coordinate with the offshore team
• Modify and customize existing on-prem .NET web and windows applications to deploy to the Cloud environment.
• Work with the Architects, other Technical Leads, SREs and supporting teams
• Coordinate with the Offshore team

1. Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. 
2. Report any issues with the client stakeholders and Client's leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 plus Years’ experience in .Net application development
• Must have 2 plus years of experience in Tech Lead role leading a team
• 1 plus years of experience in Cloud technologies such as GCP/AWS/Azure (preferably GCP) 
• Prior experience in migrating .Net applications to Cloud environment
• Prior experience working in Onsite-Offshore model
• Demonstrate expertise in most of the following technologies:
  • C# .NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, RESTful Services, Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL JavaScript, Angular 2+, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, IIS, and Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Experience in CI/CD tools, Jenkin, Octopus and experience in using Bitbucket/git
• Knowledge on code quality tool like Sonarqube, Fortify
• Capability to support QA teams with test plans, root cause analysis and defect fixing
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise
• Producing detailed design documentation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in delivering Agile/Scrum framework
