We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with an experience of 8 to 12 years.

This role will be responsible for rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM ADP payroll Interface:

       Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation.

       Understand business requirement and create functional specifications.

       Should have experience in client facing and working with multiple stake holders/Onsite teams

       Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

       Strong written and oral communication skills

       Must have worked on at least 1 Oracle HCM ADP interface rollout project.

       Good problem-solving skills.

       Must be ready to work in shifts depends of the rollout countries.

Must Have Skills:

       At least 6 to 8 years of HCM domain experience.

       At least one Oracle Fusion HCM ADP Interface implementations exposure; with hands on experience in Core HR module.

       Integration experience using HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher.

       Experience in developing fast formula for extracts.

       Must have very good experience in writing SQL using HCM tables.
