•           Strong understanding of IAM systems and how they relate to governance, identity lifecycle, account management, certification and provisioning. 

•           Familiarity with enterprise authentication systems, directories and audit mechanisms 

•           Knowledge of database structures and administration concepts. 

•           Strong understanding of the network stack and routing mechanisms. 

•           Experience with process automation. 

•           Technical writing skills to deliver support analysis, documentation and presentation materials. 

•           Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users. 

•           Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. 

•           Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC1, etc.). 

•           Strong experience with DR/BCP mechanisms including failover, active-passive concepts, release and upgrade impacts and enterprise communications 

•           Experience documenting solution design including integration of databases, operating systems, and applications into IAM tools (SailPoint, Ping, MFA, etc.) 

•           Evaluating tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications. 

•           Familiarity with workflow tools like Service Now and JIRA 

•           Work with parallel governance teams spanning cloud controls, DLP and privacy to ensure roles and processes meet business needs, while adhering to IAM standards
