Full Stack Java Developer

Front End: Some Angular JS, some Angular, instead of React or other JS framework, familiarity of any front end framework could work like Vue or React

Back End: Java SpringBoot

Kotlin or Java

Some ETL or Data Engineering. They pull data from the front end systems for the UI.

AWS skills are ideal

DevOps skills are great but not required

Team: 50% associates,50% contractors

Candidate Profile/Qualifications:

Needs more of the senior level support -- not focused on tenure/# of years, but more on experience and what they've done.

Able to provide mentorship, guide and coach the individuals to a solution

Ability to build out

Being a big problem solver

Capabilities on the commercial and customer side

Domain: it is within the space, a lot there a lot of enterprise services, fundamentally they do have different needs

Some of the enterprise platforms are not always feasible -but someone who understands architecture and can assist with the growth on this business

Someone is strong with architecture –“we cant change everything”

Ability to partner with leaders and internal stakeholders.

Someone who can push back and solution driven, less task oriented.

Full stack developer -- more backend.

Lots of growth and scaling is a focus. Things will ultimately break as a result. This person can hopefully help them get in front of the issues.
