- Expertise in Infor Service Management
- ISM Application Implementation, Upgrade, Support & Development Experience
- Knowledge in all the ERP Modules
- Experience in support work environment based on SLAs
- Flexible to work during weekend based on business requirements
Good-to-Have
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Should be able to work on documentation like Business Requirement, test Case preparation,Business process
- Basic Project Management skills like knowledge of Effort Estimation, Tasks Scheduling, Weekly Status Reporting, Driving Meetings.
- Infor OS working experience

- Expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance Modules
- Experience in implementation, Upgrade and Supportl
- Good documentation skills in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Specs
- Ability to work independently with little guidance and inputs.
- Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager on reporting weekly status.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
