Mandatory Qualification Systems Analyst - Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.
Expert Level: 84 months+ - Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Qualification Number Requested Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or closely related field from the USA
2. 84 months experience in at least 5 of the following SAP Finance Areas: Funds Management, Finance and Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Grant Management, Treasury & Cash Management, Project Systems, Fixed Assets.
3. 60 months Accounting experience
4. 24 months US Municipal Accounting experience
5. 60 months experience in Systems software test script documentation, defect tracking, test execution, and reporting.
6. 60 months experience in Systems software training documentation and delivering end user training.
7. 84 months experience working on project tasks as a systems analyst (analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet business requirements and documenting functional specs)
8. 24 months using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. Optional: Project, Visio, OneNote)
9. 24 months 2nd Level Customer Support (Help desk routes calls for troubleshooting with Super Users and Consultants to help)
10. 12 months experience/exposure to SAP S4 HANA Finance Modules.
