This is not a remote position.
Preference will be given to applicants who live near Superior Arizona.

Responsibilities:
Provide support in the design and development of IT solutions and infrastructure required to operate the mine.
Gather functional and technical requirements for the implementation of Rio Tinto IST applications and infrastructure solutions working closely with Service Delivery Engineering team to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.
Provide project support to Program / Project Managers.

Objectives:
Develop roadmap for system implementation.
Estimate resourcing requirements for delivery of solutions.
Advance initiatives to PMO (Project Management Office) for delivery.

Qualifications:
Mining / Processing operations experience.
Technical knowledge of application and IT infrastructure.
Large project experience as an Analyst, SME (Subject Matter Expert) or PM (Project Manager).
