-3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design

-Experience conducting user research

-A high level of comfort working in Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD

-Some experience working in an Agile environment

-The confidence to work with some unknowns, and change course as you learn more

-A willingness to prioritize the goals of the feature, team and product over the design file

-An understanding of what Web applications are good or bad at doing

We’d love you to have:

-Experience designing applications (vs marketing sites)

-Experience working on B2B projects

-Some experience working in a Lean environment

-Some familiarity with HTML/CSS
