Java Developer

Senior Developer with expertise in Core Java, JEE and open-source frameworks.

At least 7-8 years of Industry experience who can work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly.

• Sound understanding of Design patterns.

• Design, develop documents and analyze overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software requirements.

• Knowledge of development techniques.

• Proficient in Open Source technologies.

• Well versed in architecting appealing rich user interfacing applications with very good usability.

• Expert in Core Java/JEE.

• Good track record in terms of using open source frameworks and tools.

• Expert level knowledge in terms of integrating Java/JEE systems with other technologies.

• Experience in Web services and service-oriented environment.

• Guru in Business and Integration tiers with very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate and JPA.

• Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code organization.

• Good working knowledge of Oracle database.

• Working knowledge of Maven build process, Cruise Control and version control systems like Subversion

• Hands on experience in Unix/Linux and Shell scripting.

• Comfortable working with remote teams.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Very good in terms of understanding requirements and converting into technical specification.

• Experience in Web Sphere

• Experience in GWT will be a big plus (not mandatory
