 Location: Remote

Summary

The Functional Consultant will work under thedirect supervision of the Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert tounderstand client business needs and upgrade the SAP ERP System along withcreating a new process documentation. This individual will also assist withensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. Thesuccessful candidate may work on multiple projects simultaneously and be a teamplayer. 

Responsibilities

• Implements new or maintains existing business solutions in the SAP Billing area based on user requirements analysis

?        Proposes,programs or configures, documents, and tests business solutions in SAP Billingapplication according to the functional and technical requirements

?        Buildsprofessional relationships with client’s business users and team members toensure issue resolution and delivery of proposed solutions

?        Supportscore business processes

• Troubleshooting incident and problem resolution, maintaining thehighest levels of customer satisfaction possible

?        Batchmonitoring and recovery of failures to improve the system/batch performance

• Preventative maintenance tasks to ensure IT systems areoperational and secure, and to prevent future incidents

Requirements

?        Atleast 8-10 years of SAP Billing functional experience

?        Skilledin implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP SD module and relatedsubmodules

?        Has knowledgeof Utility business process with special billing experience. S/4 HANAimplementation knowledge is added advantage

?        Hasstrong knowledge of Business Processes including iDoc and EDI flow and analysis

• Ability to create/maintain project documentation to allow a smoothtransition of a project into a support organization
• Ability to maintain a common set of scoping, design,implementation, and test artifacts and templates in line with agreed projectdefinitions
• A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
