1. Java SME experience with 6+yrs of experience
2. Must have hands-on, technical development work experience with IBM WebSphere Portal & Portlet Application Development
3. Must have technical development experience with IBM Web Content Management(WCM) 8.5 software tools.
4. Must have production support(level2 or Level3) skillset
5. Responsible for supporting critical Visa Business applications and ensuring the stability of the applications.
6. Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation.
7. Apply code and operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities
8. Will evaluate the issues reported by Visa clients and members in order to provide ongoing solutions.
9. Performance performance tuning of applications
10. Participate in root causes analysis for service failure and provide resolution.
11. Work with ticketing application to manage tickets and maintain SLA and OLA.
