 I am currently recruiting for a well-known client in the Financial service sector who is looking for a lead Salesforce Administrator. My Client is a start up Fintech company that is a rapidly growing and aims to improve the financial lives of credit- challenged consumers. They are the top rated lenders and deliver top tier customer service to their users. By helping over 500,000 customers and continuing on a steady path upwards, my client is in urgent need of a Salesforce Administrator to assist the team in a full Salesforce implementation.

What You Get To Do
 

• Get the opportunity to lead a team of driven and passionate Salesforce Administrators, while working with Lead Salesforce Engineers
• Work with salesforce as a platform using Service Cloud, Einstein Bots, LWC, Platform Events, Live Agent, and much more
• Work with Salesforce latest technologies such as sandbox spin up automation and more
• Partner with developers and engineers to build custom code, APIs, troubleshoot issues, and build test plans

Key Skills You Have
 

• Knowledge of salesforce internals, and SOQL
• Experience with working in business teams, mentoring junior engineers, helping improve time
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Familiarity of systems like Grit, SVN, or Mercurial
• Excellent project management skills and a passion for learning new thing
