Required skills/knowledge/experience

• Comfortable with design and documenting complex system architectures.
• Experience with mentoring or training junior developers in AEM-specific product knowledge, integration, and development.
Front-end & Full Stack Development Experience (Must Haves)
o At least 5 years of recent UI web development (HTML5, CSS3, JS, Angular, Node)
o Development of components/templates.
o Ability to drive & deliver websites.
o Specific experience with Single Page Applications using modern UI frameworks like Angular/React
o Specific experience migrating or importing existing component libraries into AEM or refactoring existing libraries to extend AEM OOTB components.
o At least 5 years of recent Core Java/Spring framework experience.
o Intermediate developer with ability to design, build, and deliver complex applications with light guidance.
AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Expertise
o At least 3 years+ of recent, hands-on AEM 6.x development & leadership experience.
o HTL template language
o (SPA) Single Page Application experience (or ability to quickly learn).
o Assets - Digital Asset Management Experience
o Workflow - Content Workflow Development experience
o Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting - including integration with various tools (AppD, Splunk, etc.)
o Core Components & Customization - Knowledge and experience with extending Core components.
o Testing & troubleshooting.
o Familiarity with AEM installation/configuration (local).
o Front-end/back-end development experience required.
o Apache configuration knowledge.
Nice to have skills/knowledge/experience
AEM-Specific
o Knowledge & experience with other products in Adobe suite (Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AAM)
o Personalization and analytics.
o AEM Certification not required, but a plus!
o AEM Admin experience a plus or "nice to have".
AWS-Specific
o Basic understanding of AWS services including ECS
o Understanding of core cloud concepts (specifically AWS)
o Any hands-on development experience would be a plus, but a base level of understanding would likely be enough.
o Virtualization, networking, etc.
o Any pipeline knowledge would also be ideal, but could be learned.
o Familiarity with CDN implementation (CloudFront, Akamai, etc.) and caching.
