Job Description:

The Sr Application Developer Lead provides functional oversight for a full stack application development team with primary responsibility of architecting, designing, and developing enhancements to portfolio of applications. Designs back-end structure of database entities and components while adhering to best practices. Keeps current on application development technology trends, applying modern tools and techniques to improve existing solutions, as well as new initiatives. Uses analytical and communication skills to help guide and mentor a development team. Develops using a modern development toolset supporting Windows and web based technologies.

Top must haves:

• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and development skills using C#, VB.NET, WinForms, Entity Framework/LINQ, WPF, MVVM, ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, Xamarin 

• Strong proficiency with front end technologies, including Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS

• Experience managing a team
