· Production Support

· Develop and document IT processes, procedures and standards

· Develop and administer end user training

· Participate in analysis, design and testing of new business or software enhancements.

Expected Areas of Competence

· 3+ years of SAP Extended Warehouse Management experience

· Intermediate understanding of related SAP supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP)

· Basic understanding of SAP configuration and enhancement management.

· Basic understanding of SAP interface processes (CIF, API, PO, iDOCs, etc.)

· Experience with SAP bolt-on 3rd party logistic tools

· Ability to prepare and follow proper configuration documentation and testing approaches

· Ability to articulate related business process flow to both business and technical associates

· Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a team and build effective working relationships

· Continuous improvement and results orientation; acts with a sense of urgency and delivers results on-time and on-budget

· Demonstrated success leading IT projects of low complexity at the regional or local level; holds others accountable for expected results

· Effective interpersonal, influence and communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) at multiple levels and across boundaries; appropriately shares viewpoint and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions

· Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking and win-win negotiation skills
