• Should have worked on Projects as Project Manager to manage & execute projects/Programs using Azure DevOps.

• Should have hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in Azure DevOps and be able to train the team and manage the defined process

• Should have a knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools like MS Azure DevOps/TFS

• Hands on experience on Jira/Azure DevOps/TFS and able to set up the process and configure Agile tools like JIRA, MS Azure DevOps/TFS from the scratch (end to end)

• Agile Scrum certification will be an added advantage

• Should be able to drive & manage distributed global teams both at EVRY and Customer location

• Required to establish standard, Best practices & Quality Process and be able to Manage multiple teams and Projects

• Able to set measurable KPIs, Project related metrices and track & report them to Customer/management

• Status Reporting and presenting the dashboard reports to all stake holders using JIRA, MS Azure DevOps/TFS tools

• Good to have Insurance domain knowledge
