Application Development(70%)•Designs and develops solutions to the level of quality defined by therequirements in adherence with I/S standards, methodology and internalcontrols. Identifies and provides solution alternatives for the definedfunctional and system requirements when needed.

•Understands and identifiessystem dependencies. Understands functionality, integration points and impactsof proposed changes to supporting applications. Follows through with optionsand recommendations.

•Provides appropriatedocumentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions, code modules, andperformance metrics as required by organization standards.

•Defines, conducts, and/orparticipates in testing (i.e. unit, system integration). Prepares, leads and/orparticipates in development walkthroughs.

•Collaborates with othersregarding effectiveness of systems flow, data usage and manual or automatedprocesses to verify requirements.

•Ensures software developmentmeets standards for programming, design, performance, quality, and security.Identifies and recommends areas for improvement in design, development, andtesting.

•Participates in teamactivities and taking on additional work tasks as needed to help the teamaccomplish the desired outcome or goals.

•Creates, maintains, and/orenhances system documentation as needed.
