- 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS
- Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology
- Must be comfortable in a Scrum Agile, fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to reprioritize and shift gears as necessary to deliver critical functionality in time to meet our customers’ needs while ensuring quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation and unit testing of responsive web applications leveraging Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React JS and other modern web technologies
- Work closely with management and peers, and act as the Sr. Developer on a Scrum Agile team leveraging best practices and digital standards
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Interact with enterprise architects, business analysts, quality assurance testers, and service operations leads throughout the software development life cycle
- Communicating with project managers, key stakeholders, customers and developers to develop cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
