The SAP quality assurance Sr. tester (QA) position will help us accelerate bringing new features to our customers. The individual will be responsible for managing and executing SAP testing process and execution of deployments; recommending and supporting on-going improvements of the current testing tools to reduce testing time and improve code quality.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality products, performs well in a team environment, learns quickly, and desires to continuously develop their skills. They participate in the design, development, enhancement of SAP test scripts and manual testing efforts including but not limited to:
• Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan for all testing phases 
• Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes.
• Document the linkage between application requirements and test scripts
• Provide oversight and recommendations on improvement for testing tools
• Identify and locate all test scripts and procedures for system integration and regression testing; maintain all test scripts
• Support recurring external and internal audits that relate to requirements and test management
• Maintain and update a library of manual and automated regression tests
• Demonstrated experience developing and producing testing metrics for all testing phases 
• Document all defects during all test phases as well as collect metrics and root causes of defects. 
• Train the staff on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and implementing testing strategy, plan and processes in an environment with a mix of enterprise, SAP, and custom applications
• Ability to define and improve tool configuration, processes and procedures for all testing cycles.
• 6+years of exp
• Associates based out of NJ is the first choice & may have to work from office after the pandemic is complete (In office is expected after ~ 3 – 4 months later) / Contractors are given first preference. 
• And strong SAP testing knowledge and testing on Service cloud is the fundamental need.

• These requirements are made MDU critical based on the release 1 timelines.
Perform product and process audits according to the SAP/QA Testing Plan to ensure plans and processes are documented, compliance to processes and standards, and effectiveness of execution. Identify, document, and track any resulting corrective actions to closure.
