Conduct an assessment of As-Is processes, Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and design the future To-Be solution in consultation with client’s Business process owners
Identify implementation risks from past implementations and suggest solutions
Responsible for resolving any issues or conflicts identified during the project from solution perspective
Present/prototype/demonstrate functionalities prepared for To-Be solution
Responsible for Delivery as per agreed Design/Blueprint signed-off for the Global Template
